The Services are owned and provided by AIcoach LTD, a company registered in London, UK. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

aicoach.chat is a platform that facilitates the provision of coaching and related services through the use of AI. We offer both free and subscription-based access to these coaching services. Our Services may include, but are not limited to, coaching sessions, access to coaching materials, and other related content.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation; exploits, harms, or attempts to exploit or harm minors; transmits or procures the sending of unsolicited advertising or promotional material; impersonates aicoach.chat, a AIcoach LTD employee, another user, or any other person or entity; or restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services or exposes them to liability.

User data and privacy

AIcoach LTD respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that we may access and use your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy, which may include using your data to improve our Services or for scientific research, if explicitly consented to.

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, and coaching materials provided by external coaches, are owned by AIcoach LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other proprietary rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, perform, publish, or sell any content, features, or functionality of the Services without the express written consent of AIcoach LTD.

Limitation of liability

In no event will AIcoach LTD, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if AIcoach LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims related to the coaching services provided by external coaches through our platform.

Responsibility for coaching services

Some of the coaching sessions and related materials provided through the Services, by both AI and independent external coaches, are not created or delivered by AIcoach LTD or aicoach.chat. While we strive to maintain high standards for the coaching services provided through our platform, we cannot be responsible for the quality, content, or outcomes of any coaching sessions.

Termination

aicoach.chat may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans and Benefits

aicoach.chat offers the following subscription plans to cater to different user needs:

• Free Plan: 1 session per month.
• Monthly Plan: £9.99 per month, includes 1 monthly session + 5 additional sessions.
• Unlimited Plan: £29.99 per month, includes unlimited sessions.

By subscribing, you gain access to premium coaching services, exclusive content, and other related features as outlined above.

Pricing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Payments are processed through BetterWorldApps GmbH, based in Switzerland. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.

Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans. The duration of the free trial and the terms applicable after the trial period ends will be specified at the time of sign-up. If you do not wish to continue with the subscription, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled by the user. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your account settings on our website. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

Changes to Subscription Plans

aicoach.chat reserves the right to modify subscription plans, including pricing and features. Any changes to subscription plans will be communicated to you in advance. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the new terms take effect.

Modifications

aicoach.chat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications are made will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of London.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold aicoach.chat, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, course of dealing, and usage of trade. aicoach.chat makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. aicoach.chat makes no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any content or information obtained through the Services.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. aicoach.chat’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
