AI coaching in the NHS: unlocking potential

In 2023-24, NHS Elect conducted a pilot test to evaluate the effectiveness of AIcoach.chat as a solution offering non-directive coaching conversations at scale.

AIcoach.chat delivered tangible, measurable outcomes on par with human coaching, yet with increased levels of access and efficiency.

Following the pilot, NHS Elect decided to expand it, incorporating learnings from the first stage to improve and increase the level of impact and the insights generated through research.
